All open class entries are due to the fair office with full payment by June 30, 2012.

City of London Festival Registration Form

The Madison County Fairgrounds are completely surrounded by the city of London which requires all carnival workers to be registered with the city. Contact the city mayor's office with questions and for current instructions (740) 852-3243.
