Open Classes

Open Class Entry Form

All open class entries are due to the fair office with full payment by June 30, 2012.

Forms may be mailed to: Madison County Fair Secretary Attn: Open Class Entry PO Box 30, London, Ohio 43140, or forms may be dropped off at the Secretary's office in June. See the office hours at: 2012 Office Hours.

See the specific information for each of the open class areas below. All entries use the same form. Please fill out a separate form for each area. For example, entry in the Open Class Goat Show and the Open Class Hog Show should be made on separate forms. Additionally, each entry form should be for one person. One payment may be included for multiple entry forms.
