Call to order by President Tom Fisher at 7:30

George Lohstroh presented final report from sales committee for the one day sale. Walters moved; Long second to have a one day sale; motion passed

Bob Clawson had questions on the poultry and they could be moved. It was decided to get a larger tent and move it east partially beside the Rabbit barn

Sharon Edwards McCord letter to festival and fair royalty will be mailed with pre-registration king and queen will get into the fair at no charge. All escorts and chaperones must pay to enter the fair; luncheon fee $5.00

Secretaries Report none - no January meeting due to weather

Treasurers Report given by Roseberry; Long moved; Walters second to approve; motion passed. Motion to pay bills by Long; Roby second; Motion passed

Janet Myers reported new hot water tank in the Della; Laura Schaller's last day will be Friday February 13th; 4-H scrapbook fundraiser March 7th; spaghetti dinner March 21st; Reviewed new equine helmet policy

Entertainment: by Long all ready for fair

Old Business: QA dates March 26th 7:00pm, April 21st 7:00pm, April 25th 9:00am; also during various clinics

New Business: Walters moved to change grandstand fees to $2.00/person every night with 10 and under free; Long second; motion passed
