Treasurers Report given by Roseberry; Long moved; Walters second to accept the report; motion passed. Walters moved and Long second a motion to pay outstanding bills; Motion passed

Executive: none

Building and Grounds: no repairs made from the storms yet; County Engineers will install new drainage tile at the entrance to the race track soon; ceiling tiles being installed in the Della; doors will be installed soon as well

Old Business: First Quality Assurance March 26th at 7:00pm

New Business: Dave Rife presented ideas for a swap meet on the grounds. $2.00 per person entry fee;14 and under free; Long moved, Gallimore second; motion passed; Walters moved to ask Laura Schaller to volunteer her time to help with JFB; Gallimore second; motion passed.
