1. Colt Stakes and Early Closed Races governed by rules of the W.O.C.R.A. Right reserved to reject any entry, to declare off or re-arrange program as conditions may require.
2. OSRC and USTA Rules to govern. Money division: 45 - 25 - 15 - 10 - 5 percent.
3. Entrance fee $25, overnight events. Horses drawn from entry box must pay declaration fee.
4. Horses must declare in by 10:00 am, TWO DAYS preceding race. Speed Office opens July 3, 2008, 8:00 am. Entries taken July 3-4 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Horses racing on Lasix must be reported at time of entry.
5. Madison Copunty Agricultural Society and the Madison County Commissioners assume no liability in case of accidents (on or off track) or fire to horse, owner, trainer, driver or any employee, agent, family or spectator.
6. Declarations must include number of starts, firsts, seconds, and thirds in 2008, earnings, best winning times, and date and place of last start.
7. W.O.C.R.A. membership cards honored at gate on racing days ONLY.
8. No pass - you pay - no refund.
