Rental Fee : $325.00 per day

Conditions of cleaning the building:
1. All trash cans must be emptied.
2. Tables and chairs must be taken down and stacked.
3. Trash cans and liners will be provided.
4. The building must be swept.
4. No gasoline or diesel powered vehicles inside the building.
The building will be inspected after each event. If the conditions of the cleaning policy are not followed, you will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per hour to have the cleaning completed.
