Green Building

  • Open building 60' x 160' with concrete floor
  • restroom facilities can be made available
  • no heating or air conditioning
  • 11' x 11' and 11' x 15' overhead access doors
  • animal pens available
Rental Fee non-livestock event: $500.00 per day
Livestock Event (includes animal pens): $600.00 per day
Manure clean-up charge: $150.00 per event paid up-front (if applicable)
 
Conditions of cleaning the building*:
  • All trash cans must be emptied
  • Tables and chairs must be taken down and stacked
  • Trash cans and liners will be provided
  • The building must be swept
  • No gasoline or diesel powered vehicles inside the building
*The building will be inspected after each event. If the conditions of the cleaning policy are not followed, you will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per hour to have the cleaning completed
