Join thousands of fairgoers at the annual Madison County Fair, one of Central Ohio’s favorite summer traditions! Vendors have the opportunity to showcase products, food, and services to a diverse crowd of families, agricultural exhibitors, and community members throughout the week.
The Madison County Fair features livestock shows, entertainment, rides, family activities, and community events that draw visitors from across Madison County and surrounding areas.

Vendor applicants will be able to select their locations based on online map. There they can select from a drop-down menu of what type of product offering, space is needed, as well as other options needed per vendor, i.e. trash, electric, etc. Those vendors that have been with the Madison County Fair and have requested same spots will need to contact the fair office for them to manually assign their spot, this must be completed by May 1st, 2026. ALL vendors will pay online through the portal system. We can collect deposits to hold spots, but payments must be received by May 31st 2026, or those spots will open back up.
